| Our pickles, chutneys, cordials and sauces are “preserves to relish” according to a recent newspaper article about our new preserves business. “Pickled Pink” by name we make traditional and modern preserves which are becoming increasingly in demand. All are hand crafted, no additives used.
Chutneys such as “Geordie Chutney“, “Thai Banana and Coconut Chutney” and “Bell Pepper Relish” contrast with old favourites such as Piccalilli (ours is superbly tangy crunchy).
Our “Hot Chilli Sauce” is much in demand as is our hyper-hot cordial ”Gingerette.
Our preserves draw on international culinary traditions for enriching and complementing your food. Our Indian range has won acclaim for its authenticity and originality. Try the ‘Strawberry Surprise’ chutney or the ‘Seriously Hot Mango’. Our tangy ‘Indian Lemon’ and rich ‘Indian Tomato’ are revelations of delight.
We do of course relish making favourite English recipes too. Our Piccalilli for example is very crunchy and tangy – very moreish! Our ‘Apple Chutney’ is a richly versatile taste made with Bramley apples and special spices.
Our Lemon Curd is probably the best you will ever taste. We pride ourselves also on our tangy marmalades and fruity jams.
All of our products are hand crafted and we use only pure ingredients unsullied by additives and colourants.
